Depositing Funds
When depositing funds via a bank account, you will see the transaction processed by our custodian institution, appearing as "CI INVESTMENT SERVICES" on your bank statement.
In some cases, your bank may still display the transaction as "BBS SECURITIES"—this is the custodian's former operating name, and some institutions are still in the process of updating it.

How to Initiate a Bank Transfer
From the Home Page or Goals, click the "Deposit" button.
Select the Electronic Funds Transfer deposit type
Choose the Goal and Account you want to deposit into.
Select the bank account from which the funds will be withdrawn.
If you haven’t already linked your bank account, you can do so here by clicking "Add Bank Account" in the dropdown menu.
Enter the deposit amount.
Choose the deposit schedule (we support one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly deposits), then tap "Continue".
Review your deposit details and tap "Confirm".
