However, you are able to close and deactivate your profile; so, we’re here to help you through this process.

Please note that deactivating your profile will require you to sign-up again in the future if you wish to use our platform again, and will remove you from all non-essential communications until then.


Please note that the payment(s) from your goal will vary depending on the timing of the settlement of the sales of the securities within your portfolio. The liquidity schedules for each of our portfolios are provided here

  1. Will I incur fees over time if I am not able to delete my account?
    No, you will not incur fees if you complete the account closure and profile deactivation process here. Please note that fees will continue to be charged for as long as assets remain in your account.

  2. What do you do with my data after I’ve closed my account?
    For accounts opened on the Network Wealth platform, we may retain account data for up to seven (7) years. This is in line with Network Wealth’s record keeping requirements under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and associated Regulations.
