Information for those working at CIRO member firms

Modified on Fri, 29 Mar at 4:16 PM

When signing up for your account

You'll need to self-declare being a member of a CIRO member firm during the "Assumptions" process.

Don't worry - this won't hold up the rest of your account creation. However, our support team will reach out to you to confirm the following before we'll be able to start trading for you:

  • The organization/firm to which you are associated,
  • Your position within the organization.

In some cases, we may ask you to provide supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided is correct.

Requesting duplicate statements

You can request duplicate statements to be mailed by submitting your request to Network Wealth by getting in touch with our support team.

Network Wealth requires a signed letter (a scanned version is acceptable) from you or your compliance department, indicating what organization/firm and to whose attention the duplicate statements should be mailed.
